Stockletter is a SaaS platform that provides AI-generated portfolio analysis and market briefings delivered via email. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided portfolio data and publicly available market information.

Stockletter provides informational content only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content as such. Stockletter does not recommend that any securities, transactions, or investment strategies are suitable for any specific person. All trading and investment decisions should be made based on your own analysis and judgment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Free accounts have limited features as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
  • Share account access with unauthorized third parties
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Redistribute or republish briefing content for commercial purposes

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect portfolio data solely to provide the briefing service. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties.

8. AI-Generated Content

Briefings are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. AI outputs should be used as a starting point for your own research, not as sole decision-making criteria. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockletter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
